The Evolution Process

Request Quote

Initial Concept

We require 50% down payment upfront to
get started.

We gather all the details of your project
including sketches, designs,
& photos.

From there we will draft an initial concept
within two weeks for you to review

Concept Revision

Our plans come with a round of revisions to make any changes after you review the initial concept

Final Set Approval

After concept approval we will complete the blueprints providing all the neccesary documents for your permits and builders

Final Payment

The rest of the 50% will be paid upon providing the plans

Permits

We offer unlimited city revisions. We want to ensure your project will be a success. All city comments and redline change are included in our price.

Our drafting and design services require a 50% deposit to start, with final payment due upon project completion. All deliverables remain our property until full payment is received, after which ownership transfers to you. Additional fees may apply for revisions or expedited services. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or issues arising from unauthorized modifications to our designs.
